Best Western Paducah Inn

The pool and area around it were extremely dirty. The pool was closed which was disappointing for my kids. The stay was friendly and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was filling and good. Overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel was a little out of town so the location was not great. Then the door to our bathroom would not close properly. At told the the front desk when we checked out about the bathroom door. The pool area was run down. I wouldn't let me kid go swimming there. The room was clean. We were just driving through so it was good enough, but next time I would stay closer to restaurants.

When we got here our room was not clean and the beds had not been changed and made with clean linen. We had to stand in the room and wait while the h go housekeeper cleaned our room before we could drop our things off to leave the room and get food after a very long drive with 3 small children!

Loved the floors and shower, but walls are not well insulated so we heard the girls basketball team in the rooms next to us enjoying each other’s company. They were normal kids, and not excessively noisy but we heard all their giggles.

Arrived at the hotel Thursday afternoon to check in and was told no rooms were available for the 3 nights we reserved. I had to come back later to check in. Due to our schedule the lady worked with us and found a room. The rooms had a very bad moldy odor that was unpleasant but again there were no other rooms so we had no choice but to stay there. Unfortunately, something was done incorrectly because on night three upon our returned we get to the hotel to find our belongings had been bagged and moved from the room. There were no rooms to accommodate us so we had no choice but to drive home at 1am. What made the experience worse was the fact both the managers and owners PK and AK showed NO concern. They had us waiting for over an hour before assisting us with refunding money but left us with no place to sleep. Mind you my 89year old grandmother was staying there as well. Overall is was a horrible experience for my family and I. We have used this hotel for the past two years but that is no more.

Don't stay in room 101! We needed adjoining rooms so we could keep our foster kids close but not in our room, and so we didn't have a choice to move and it was very late. But this hotel knows that a gas line runs under this room and that a horrible, crippling smell comes up through the shower drain. This room should never be rented. They gave us toxic synthetic fragrance to cover up the smell like that was actually helpful. Well now we're all feeling ill. Besides this huge problem the hotel stay was fine. I am just very angry that we had to pay for this room. No one could use that bathroom without gagging and it was hard to have only one bathroom in our adjoining room for all 6 of us to use.

Very clean and updated hotel. Reasonably priced and staff/ family were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We have found this Best Western in Paducah, Ky to be our go to hotel when visiting family . We have ALWYS found the facility to be very clean, which is of upmost importance to us. All the employees from the front desk to housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast items have a variety of hot and cold items.
