Comfort Inn And Suites

Checked in at 12. Left to spend time with family. Came back at 10 to sleep woke to find roaches on my nightstand at 3 am. Offered no refund.

Was up there with a basketball team my son played on. Had an awesome time spent with fellow teammates and family atmosphere!

Have stay at this Comfort Inn 5 times visiting family member nearby This was first time that we stayed in King Suite with 2 beds. It seems older and much needed an update than other rooms we have stayed in before There was not a luggage cart available when we checked in at 1:30 AM We started to unload and staff member did locate cart and we put rest of our stuff on it Seems to be only 1 luggage cart now which should be addressed. There were 2-3 on last visits. The hot tub was now working which had not been on former stays. The strong smell of marijuana was on 1st floor every time we entered or left building. The breakfast this time seemed to be not up to standards of previous stays. The staff is always vey pleasant and helpful which is a big plus Will still stay there on next visit as will not need this size room on next visit

The property was ok, it had a bit of a strange smell but not overpowering. The front desk staff was good during check in. The room was nice, the air conditioner wasn't the greatest, but it finally cooled the room down after a few hours. Our issue was with the breakfast area and the staff working there. Day 1 we had to ask for food and coffee as the pot was empty. Things were just not kept up. It was not busy; it should have been easy to keep full. The second morning we went down at 8:30. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30. The little bit that was left of the eggs were totally dried out and when we asked if there would be more, we were told no. The coffee creamer was almost empty so again, we had to ask for more. She took the container in the back, and after a few minutes came out and said she didn't know where the stash was kept so they must be out. We asked if we could use what was left in the container and she said she poured it out! It just seemed very unorganized, no one was checking on anything until someone complained. The dining area was very dirty, counters were not wiped off, there were eggs on the floor and some kind of white power in several different spots. We saw a staff member bring some children in and get them food and take it and them back into a staff only area, and later she took more food to the kids in the pool area. There was not really much food for the guests to start with, and staff were giving it to their kids. We will not stay again.

I booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a month ahead of time. Expedia and the hotel got it fixed right away. I tried calling the hotel first but the phone was on a recording. When i arriived about an hour later the desk clerk was in the lobby with her family. I asked if the room was an adjoing room because i didn't want an adjoining room her response was " I dont know " then the room was two queens instead of a king and it was an adjoining room. My ride was on their way so I just let it be. However when i took a shower the next morning the mirror fogged up and I could read " I love you boo " on the mirror. So who knows when the last time they took an extra 30 seconds and cleaned the mirror or how many other shortcuts they take cleaning.

The room was really big, bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa and our bed did not have a blanket. I went to the front desk to request those items and I was told she wasn’t sure where they were and housekeeping had locked up and left for the night. She could offer me a thin decorative throw (what was at the end of the bed) o said no I’d like an actual blanket please for our bed and for my son who was sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. There also wasn’t any towels in the pool area and when we requested towels for the pool they told us there were only a couple and they couldn’t give room towels for pool use. Keep in mind there were over 20 kids and about 10 adults in the pool area that needed towels. We were given 7. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Also I wouldn’t suggest going outside after 10pm because apparently it is the norm for the attendants to have their significant other out front screaming and cussing at each other and speeding through the front entrance drive up. Then around 2 I had gone down to get a water bottle out of my car and the night shift attendant was directly out front of the entrance doors smoking marijuana with 2 friends blasting music from a car and when I came out the front doors they screamed giggled and jumped in the car and continued on. Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another comfort inn and suites and unfortunately will stay somewhere other than with my sons team.
