Staff was rude, and they told me I didn't have a room when I had one reserved. Had to drag a sick kid over town trying to get a room late at night.

This was a perfect stayvfor our family and 2 dogs!

We loved all the counter space as well as the fridge and kitchenware available. It was perfect for our family of five!

When checking in, staff needed to leave the desk to go up to the room to see if it was ready, this was at 9pm. The rest of check in was not smooth either. Overwhelmed by the smell of pot while walking to our room. Once settled for the night, kids sleeping, we discovered a cockroach near the kitchen and desk space. We did stay the rest of the night but packed up the car at 6am as breakfast was not yet being served even though that is the start time we were told by staff...by 6:15 still not being served and we left.

The room had bed bugs which bite my sister in law and made her bleed. The service attendant said it was a nose bleed, but you can clearly see spots of blood. Also we had a baby with us.

This hotel is located close to many eating, shopping and attraction options. The staff is nice, the lobby area is great and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The bed was a little firm for my taste, hit everyone will have their own preferences for that. My issues with the room were in the bathroom were there was mold or mildew in the tub and the hand rails on the shower seemed to be coming off the wall. I also thought it was very pricy.

The room is perfect. There is some silly string on the walls, but that means the family before had fun as well.

We requested a non smoking room. When we arrived the first room they had to go and remove equipment. It was an ozone machine to remove cigarette smoke. Requested a move to another room which did not have a door on the bathroom. The third room was better but trash was still in the trash can. They also had a youth basketball tournament going on so we had the pleasure of listening to kids run up and down the halls screaming until after midnight. We also had the joy of listening to a barking dog below us until the owners arrived, after midnight. Please be aware of the parking as their is limited parking. We had trouble finding a parking spot because several people could not park between the lines and their was a truck pulling a trailer that took up 6 spots. Pointed it out to the attendant and they did not really care. Was hoping for a much better experience, will not stay at this hotel again.

We have 4 children and typically rent an entire house but found this place and decided to book b/c we could bring our large breed dog and have the kids swim. The maintenance and the hotel was not well kept. For being a newer building, it looked very worn and many things were broke - including the pool. We will not rebook here again.

As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay. Being a pet friendly hotel we did find some animal hair in some areas.
