Great if you’re traveling with kids and pets. Friendly staff and nice breakfast options before we get back on the road.

Inexpensive option for meeting up with family who were staying at KY Lake. Staff was outstanding. Room was clean but did have a musty smell. Overall well maintained property.

Remodeling going on during our stay. The workers started at 7am which would have been fine except we were on the first floor and the room above us had kids and they were jumping around until 1am. At one point the door to our room was blocked off and we were not able to access our room without the assistance of the workers. Also the pool had items floating in the water and there looked to be vomit in a corner. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had minimal choices. Decided to eat elsewhere on our second day of stay.

Over all good outside of the following. Zero water pressure, the beds were not comfortable -- I swear they were about to break every time we sat down and if the kids jumped on them to sit we all held out breath. You couldn't turn during the night without afraid of waking everyone up because of it. The floor above you was squeaky as well to the point if anyone was simply walking you thought they were going to fall through

If you want to stay near Benton (we were visiting an elderly family member) Quality Inn is pretty much your only choice within 15 miles. Thankfully this hotel is pretty clean although somewhat dated. They were generous with linens and the room has everything you might need.
