Holiday Inn Express Salinas, an IHG Hotel

We came to Salina, KS for a mini-getaway for the family. Wonderful, friendly staff. Cozy & clean room. Quiet atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet. The only drawback was that the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was almost ice-cold. Overall, it was a nice stay. We’d be back!

Beds were so comfy. Accommodations for big families are a plus. Breakfast was warm and tasty. Aside from a few cosmetic things (which was really nitpicking) it was great!

A quick get-away with the grandkids brought us to Salina, KS. Great time spent at The Garage in downtown Salina. Kids enjoyed the hotel pool! Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Ended our stay with a trip to the Rolling Hills Zoo. A real gem for the area. Hotel is convenient to everything!

We were traveling as a party of 6. I was worried there would not be enough space for our family. When we opened our room door, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was there enough bed space for all to sleep, but there was room for our luggage, and for our little one to run around. Great place to stay for a family. Plus breakfast was amazing.

Just a quick over night stay on way through on family trip. Checked in late and night staff, Amber, was very kind and helpful. Nice to have easy snacks for kids and rooms were comfortable and clean. Yea they are working on remodeling but it is super clean and tidy for being under construction. Breakfast was wonderful and kids loved pool. Even let kids swim early so we could get on road again.

Even with construction in process, this hotel was still very nice and quiet. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool was still in working order which was a lifesaver when it came to entertaining the kids. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

I am a fairly critical individual and had minimal expectations for this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel and room were extraordinary clean and well-equipped. The queen suite fit my family of 5 well. The pool was open until 11pm which was nice since my kids had been in the car for 9 hours. The breakfast was the best we have had staying at several chain hotels in the past 2 weeks—there were many hot options including warm cinnamon rolls. I was thankful to see they were well-staffed in spite of challenges everywhere else. They were eco-friendly with shampoo and recycled paper cups, etc. The price was the most reasonable in Salina. I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly to those like me who have more than 2 children but want to be in the same room.

My kids loved the pancake machine 😄. The gym equipment was great. We got a suite and it was nice-and with a mini kitchen. The hotel was just good quality for the price!
