It smelled good and clean. The bathroom was a cut above comparable hotels. The shower was excellent, and the tub was luxe -- obviously for people who take baths, which are perhaps a vanishing breed. As a senior, I was slightly nervous because the large tub, although it was big and had a flat bottom, as a shower lacked skid strips on the bottom. A rubber mat would solve....

We specifically picked this hotel thinking it was the nicest in the area. However our room did not have working A/C and our room got up to 77 degrees while we slept. When we notified the front desk, they asked why we didn’t call them sooner instead of fixing the issue. We checked in at 1am and we were traveling with our two young children so moving everything to another room at 4am wasn’t an option. The customer service was shockingly terrible when explaining this issue. I can’t believe we paid top dollar in that area for a room with no A/C.

Room and hotel was clean and quiet. Only in town for 1 night, this was a great stay and kids enjoyed the pool. The pool is a little small, so it is hard to avoid being splashed by the amount of kids in pool and lack of seating options with other parents in there. Overall, great stay, I'd recommend or stay here again.

At the time of our stay, this location appeard to be new. Rooms were better lit than most of its competition. There were plenty of USB charging ports. The TV had an option to watch YouTube, that I really like. It has a good exercise room and a nice little pool for the kids. The "hot" breakfast was good, but not quite the variety of the competition. The climate control was good, that allowed the fan to run continuously, creating steady white noise that is conducive to good sleep.
