Holiday Inn Express And Suites Ottawa, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here for the adoption of our baby girl. Everything was amazing. Staff was awesome!!!

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I loved staying here. The hotel was updated and everything in the room was clean. The sheets and towels were white. The bathroom was white. Everything was comfortable and I did not want to get out of bed. Breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! Kim who worked in the kitchen was AMAZING. She was so nice and even gave me and the kids fresh warm cookies out of the oven. Oh yes, you get cookies every day!!! Coffee, Tea, and Hot Cocoa all day is also served. There is tons of seating room to work and eat downstairs. We had a great time staying here.

I stay here everytime I visit family Ottawa. easy check in beds are comfy rooms are very nice to compaints, except maybe a little too exspensive for ottawa

Good location. Convenient access to restaurants. Staff were great! Only concerns that you can't fix now. Walls are thin, could hear people using restroom in the room next to us; heard kids two doors down and the noise from the interstate was a concern the first night, Not the second. All things that were noticeable yet all were tolerable. Again, staff were great!

We came to this area for a wedding. And had a check in slightly early. They made accommodations so we can get ready for an early day wedding. Absolutely wonderful moment. When we come back to visit family again . We will not stay anywhere else. Very clean room, wonderful staff.

The service on check in was awesome! The ladies at the desk were so friendly. The room was huge and so clean and comfortable. The amenities were great! This was such an awesome property. I will stay here every year when i come to see my Son and Grandkids.

Great stay. The hotel is clean, well taken care of, lots of space in the rooms, and the free cookies in the lobby were a hit with the kids
