The check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The only problems I had were: 1) The TV had static-type lines across the screen, no mater what channel it was on. 2) The shower head was too high and too difficult to adjust the spray setting I wanted. 3) Even though I had the shower curtain closed from end to end, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. In spite of this, I would probably stay there again. I have family in the area and it is convenient.
