My kids got contact dermatitis all over them from swimming in the pool. They were out of alot of breakfast options.

Check in was super easy...front desk employee was pleasant even though there was approximately 20 people and their children hanging out socializing in reception area. Was told they were there for a funeral. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and offered a variety of foods. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed with the family bc we lost power for 4 days. Breakfast and the pool was the only thing we liked. There was a centipede crawling on my childrens bed. Took a video, Told the front desk and manager and all she did was change the bed sheets. Then on the day we were about to leave we seen a bug on the wall crawling. Looked like a tick or something. Recorded video, showed the manager and once again she did nothing. We paid good money to stay here. And they did nothing. Will never stay again. Very disappointed.

We booked a room for family weekend at ISU. Other hotels were booked so we tried this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the lobby and rooms were. The woman who checked us in was friendly. Our room 418 was quiet and beds comfortable. We did not have breakfast since we left very early but found this hotel nice and convenient and would stay again.

Very clean & quiet, even with a room right by the elevators. We didn’t hear a thing! My kids were bummed that we missed the pool. It closes at 9pm and I think reopens at 8 or 9am and we just missed it. I would have loved to see it open till 10pm. The only other issue we had was that the fridge in our room wasn’t plugged in when we arrived.

The hotel was nice. We were in Terre Haute for a state track meet. The kids and I got up to get breakfast before the meet. There was almost nothing left and breakfast still went on for another 90 minutes. We proceeded to stay in a different hotel for one-third of the price and got an actual breakfast.

I was charged the $250 deposit because my kids had a little jelly spilt on the ac unit... So in other words this isn't a family friendly hotel. I wouldn't recommend anyone with kids to stay here. I'll be in contact with my attorney and I have pictures of the room to prove my side. Good luck
