Comfort Inn

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Indoor pool was nice but was chemical overload. Nice to let the toddler burn some energy before finishing our drive. Only complaint would be our room was down the hall beside the side door. When we checked in, the lady told us the door sometimes didn’t work. It was a snow storm and very very cold and the door didn’t work. Had to make multiple, long trips through the lobby. And we couldn’t wedge the door open or we would’ve been charged a fee based on the sign on the door. Seems like the issuer is known but not being fixed

Had three grandchildren that enjoyed pool. Loved fold out couch and tip out area with tv. Breakfast was great

Have stayed at this property in the past while visiting family in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very nice with plenty of food options.

The room was really nice. I was quite pleased with it. The hotel and our room were conveniently located. The pool was a good temperature and nice. The staff was very friendly. Our room was right next to the guest laundry so for an hour or so a guy was standing right outside our door, which was weird and disconcerting for my young children. The first night I had to shoo away a guy sitting under one of our windows talking on his phone loudly enough to keep us awake. The phone in our room didn't work correctly. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a late check out, but that is what it is.

This is our second time staying at this property. To our family cleanliness is the most important characteristic and this place does an excellent job keeping all the areas clean. Our room was very clean. The staff member who kept the breakfast area clean did a fantastic job, even with numerous little kids "serving" themselves breakfast. Breakfast was great (sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt). In our interactions with the front desk staff and housekeeping they were always friendly, accommodating and customer-focused. There are a couple of picnic tables on the property and outdoor sitting areas. We utilized some of the surrounding green-space to throw a frisbee. The only thing that needs improved on is the ventilation in the room. The AC keep the room cool but had problems removing the moisture, resulting in a cool but clammy feel in the room. In the evening we would prop our door open for a little while to get some of the drier hallway air in the room. Regardless, I highly recommend this place.

Our first room had a door that didn’t lock. Our second room was fine but the area around the door had clearly been broken into previously so for us, with small children and based on the area, didn’t feel so safe. Our room smelled moldy as well.
