No towels or wipes in fitness center. Breakfast was over 15 min late, so we had none as we had to leave to get to airport. Staff friendly , especially Demond, and woman staffing the desk Saturday afternoon. Large family function at the hotel, but no extra noise

The hotel is so beautiful very clean the pool was nice and big the water was nice and warm my room very spacious and beautiful bed very soft slept like a baby very quiet only no free breakfast when you still breakfast was 15 dollars a person for the same food the other hotels offer for free breakfast nothing different you know you wake up hungry that was pretty bad for the price you pay to stay there wish they would have free breakfast with your still

We were there when there were several teams at the hotel. I understood that kids could be obnoxious and they were. There was a couple that complained and I appreciated the staff sticking up for their other guests.

Chose this hotel for a quick 2 day vacation with the kids. The king size room was spacious and clean. Lobby was inviting. The pool was smaller and older looking than in the Orbitz pictures but the kids had a good time. Why are there no hooks to hang towels up in the bathroom??? Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Good property. Close to many dining options. The only thing I didn’t like was the very low toilet in the bathroom. It was pretty much kid height.

The room was good, staff eas good. There was kids playing in the hallway and knocking on my door several times! One kid was ruining in the hall for about a hour straight. Not happy! Couldn't relax and thats tge only reason I was there!

Loved how secure property is, door doesn’t open without key card from the front entrance at night. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room was super clean. Beds were so comfy! Our family loved staying here!

The first night was fine but we were made aware that a youth hockey league was staying there. The second night all hell broke loose and kids and adults were running down the halls, slamming doors and yelling until 3 or 4 a.m. People complained but nothing was done. When I checked out I made it known that I was not happy with what happened and they shrugged it off. They said there was nothing they could do because I booked through Hotels.com, which is bull. Wont stay there again.

It was a busy weekend but for the most part enjoyable. My children and I didn't like being gawked at by the other guest while we were in the pool though. I would probably stay here again but probably on a weekday when there's less traffic.
