Wonderful service, delicious breakfast, soft mattress, nice plump pillows. Not super clean; a bit of scum in the shower, around the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, highly satisfied with our stay. Our kids loved the pool!!

Other than the loud, obnoxious, kids (at the hotel for baseball tournament) running up and down the hall, banging on our door multiple times, and the dirty towels and trash they left around, it was just ok. There was one lady who was working on Sunday 8.6 in the am, who was SO NICE, actually spoke to us, & made my whole family and myself feel welcomed. She’s the only reason I’m leaving a review.

We recently stayed here while visiting friends and family nearby. I instantly loved this hotel. It's still got that "new construction" feel, and the decor is beautiful--colorful, sleek, modern, and professional. The staff is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and workout room, and the morning breakfast was outstanding, thanks to Chef JuJu and her team. There are also computers and a printer available for business needs. The price was great, and we will always choose this hotel as our go-to choice.

Reservation was not ready. System would not take two separate cards. Staff seemed dissolved and out of sorts. Continued to have conversations condemning other staff members in front of guests. I felt I was an inconvenience as as paying customer. Because they were talking; they missed a customer who was waiting. He simply left. I should have! Loud neighbors above. You can hear each step especially of the high energy kids jumping until 11p.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. Stains on the curtains, couch, and comforter. There was hair in the shower and there were no extra sheets for the pullout couch so we had to use the top sheet from one of the beds. I had young kids with me so didn't want the hassle of switching rooms. We just went to get ice and the ice bucket hasn't been opened since the last guest. It was filled with water and our trash cans had no bags. Definitely won't be back here.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Common areas were clean and bright. The pool was out of order and a little disappointing for the kids but it was just a quick over night stay while traveling. There was only one worker for the breakfast room and the food truck was late and missing items. So breakfast and coffee was late coming and staggered. All said, the important things were great. We definitely would stay again.
