Hotel stay was good except for 6am in the morning the people above us had kids that jumped on the floor. It was not a pleasant wake up call and not how we wanted to end our vacation

This property is new so really it is in great shape. The staff is very friendly and welcoming upon check-in. The swimming pool is a welcoming reprieve for those travelers with children or just for some relaxation in general. The beds are comfortable, the room is of adequate size, the bathroom is spacious enough & small amounts of toiletries are provided. A small shop is located next to check in if you forgot something or are just looking for a snack.

Put members of my family up for 4 nights. They were very impressed with the hotel and room. Both the room and property were very clean and well kept, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

Convenient and in a safe area especially coming in late at night. Desk staff was understaffed while a large group of children were there for a sports tournament. Kids running around pool and parents not keeping them under control demanded more attention from desk staff. Staff was excellent.

I was having issues with my bank that I was unaware of prior to booking my room. My fourth of July along with my kids was ruined due to the poor attitudes and handling of the situation by the staff. Ashley however was great and tried to help as much as she could. Unfortunately the entire experience was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. If my bank hadn't ruined our family weekend, the hotel most definitely did.
