Beds dilapidated and worn. Walls are paper thin. So very loud family with kids next door. Could hear everything. Fairly clean

We stay at this hotel often when visiting family. We were a little disappointed with the pool this stay. The pool area had an odor and the pool was murky looking. Hopefully it was just in need of cleaning and will be better next time we stay. One of the things we like most is the friendliness of the staff! They are always so kind!

Came to visit family. It was clean and comfortable.

Chose property on online reviews. As entering the hotel you can see and smell that the property lobby was well cleaned. Met the general manager at check in and was very pleasant, from there everything went down hill. Went out and came back to the hotel around 8pm. It should be noted that when we returned the washroom had a bad odor coming from it so we flushed the toilet; toilet started to rise/clog. Contacted the front desk about the clogged toilet and was offered a plunger at the front desk. Went to the front desk and representative had plunger and caddy in a plastic bag waiting for me. Took plunger upstairs to room and started to plunge; water seem to be going down. Flushed toilet again and water filled up as before, but this time the water kept rising. Tried shutting off water supply but water start overflowing. Went to the front desk to complain and demand another room but the guy at the front initial response was for me and my family to go in the hallway as he call someone to get it fixed. I firmly told him that I wanted another room to which they eventually agreed. The new room toilet was newer and flushed good but bathtub and sink had slow drainage. Wife complained that a couple of the pillows smelled like musky sweat. We took the couple of pillows and put it on the couch. On a positive point the room was clean and had no odor that you associate with an older hotel. Overall the bad outweighed the good as the plumbing in that hotel needs to be addressed.

Stay was good. Breakfast was great, pool was really cold and couldnt really enjoy it with the grandkids.

Everything was great. Was in town to visit some family and it was just right.

After a nightmare hotel stay, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and comfortable for me and my family. The room was also spacious.

The room was nice, very spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and we had to swap out a comforter as it looked like crusted food or boogers in it. The pool wasn’t swimmable- not clear at all and had the dirty bubbles all on top, that was disappointing as one of the reason we picked this hotel for our trip was the pool for the kids to swim. The staff has all been friendly and accommodating. Overall for the low price we paid for it, it was worth it.

Hotel room was in need of serious update & we were kept awake much of the night due to the smell of pot smoke coming into our room. Also happened to our families other room down a couple doors from us. Also did not appreciate house keeping waking us at 8:20am to see if we were in the room. The hotel was not full there was no reason to be trying to clean our room that early.
