Great for family of 6. Clean and up to date. Would definitely stay again.

Very family friendly

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed using the gym.

This hotel is fine for 24-36 hours. We stayed for 10 days, a family of 5 with 2 pets and it was rough. The hotel seemed well kept and the facility overall was nice and in great shape. Breakfast was 3/5 stars and good enough (kids loved it). My biggest issue is that this hotel has no process for long-term stays. We had no cleaning materials in the room, and room service would not come in at all. I wasn't wanting or expecting daily cleaning, but they didn't come at all or have any process for long-term stays. We had to ask 4 days in a row to get someone to come to our room to collect trash and when they came all they did was vacuum and take trash out for that one day. We had to go to the front desk to get more towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ended up getting a big black trash back to store trash in the bathroom because they would never pick it up. Even when requested the night before, housekeeping would never come. Normally, I dont care, but we were staying because our RV was getting service done and we needed a place for us all to be. To not be supported at all or given a way to be self-sufficient was rough and by the end of the 10 days everyone was begging to leave.

We had a problem with people on the floor above us with kid's jumping running pounding past midnight so my kids and I couldn't sleep....very upsetting!!

We stopped through on a long road trip. This was the perfect place to relax and recuperate. The pool is great for the kids, the rooms were spacious and clean, and it was quiet.
