Best Western Plus Covered Bridge Inn

Non-smoking hotel and non-smoking room, but walked in and our room smelled like smoke. Only a sheer curtain, no shades to pull over the window so our kids were woken up early with the sun.

I would say,cleanest room i have had in quite sometime,bed was very comfy,And ate wayyy to much biscuits and sausage gravy ,eggs for breakfast.Will stay again sometime when wanting to,see family that is near

Room is clean, but when we came inside our room, the TV/cable was not working. And the security swing bar door lock is broken, we have to put one of our heavy bags on a chair to block the door for security, we have kids with us. The receptionist came in to fix the cable TV, and she told us she will let maintenance know about the door lock. Waffle maker at breakfast also took a long time to cook the waffles, but other than that all the breakfast choices- eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit were good.

I have to say, I live on the road for business and where this would not be my favorite place to stay it is immaculate, and the staff was awesome. However, the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors televisions, tractor trailers pull in next door, and people walking overhead. My TV volume was set to 10 and my neighbors banged on the walls and called staff at 1:30am to complain - not happy. I had lots of trouble with their internet and had to use my hotspot 90% of the time this did not make me happy. Their business center had a lot to be desired - their printer was an old fashion ink jet it took forever to print a page - not well equipped. There are plenty of gas stations, and there is one restaurant close by called the family table - good home cooking reasonable prices. The hotels breakfast was good.

The property was fine But there was a group there for a cross-country event Lot's of young kids On our floor kids ran, up and down the hallway from 7:30 to past 10:00 yelling and screaming Parents did nothing Called front desk about the noise and nothing changed Kids in room next to us were SO loud TV also so loud you could hear it clearly through the wall Called front desk again Still No charge Made for a disappointing stay with little rest Have stayed here several times always Great Maybe managers don't care that much anymore as nothing was done to correct the noise issues Mentioned noise when checking out to front desk person who said nothing and it took them 10 minutes to get me a paid receipt Don't think they knew what they were doing The appearance of the front desk persons was not professional more unkept looking Again So different from our last Stay mo

We were in the area for a family funeral. The Inn provided a good location. The room was comfortable, although seating was limited. We had 2 queen beds, so there were only 2 chairs at a table that was difficult to get to. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 3 nights as it offered a convenient location for visiting family in the area. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. Our room was quiet for the most part but we could hear the guest next door snoring. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens.
