Ridiculous policy of not being able to buy a drink in the casino and take up to your room. You’ve got to be kidding me

We booked two rooms for our family trip and we had a great time in the casino and wonderful meal at bridges restaurant. The staff all around was very pleasant and helpful.The only negative thing was our a/c in our rooms did not cool sufficiently and both our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.

The rooms were clean, affordable and accessible. The staff ensured that my family had an adjoining room. We will definitely return!

The room was decent rate on the first night the second night ended up to be a weekend and we woke up late and asked for a late check out they gave us a half an hour extra OK so we decided to stay because we weren’t gonna be able to get ready that fast. $/200 bucks a night I would expect a little more. There’s no room service which there isn’t just about everywhere but there’s no microwave in your room only a tiny fridge. There was no problem whatsoever. Only one of the restaurants is open and that was awful expensive, yer fabulously good, all the customer service people there from the people checking in till the cleaning people were absolutely wonderful very nice people we had maintenance come fix the air conditioner right away they were there within minutes so that was very nice. The only other complaint I have is it was hotter than sin in the casino I mean terribly and it was so uncomfortable. Oh, and only one of the outlets worked in the bathroom. But the bathtub oh my goodness I love their bathtubs at least in our room. It was a Jason brand and it was absolutely fabulous and one of the most comfortable bathtubs I’ve ever bathed in probably the most comfortable. I guess for that kind of money I just expect a little more from the room and from the service I don’t know maybe it’s been along time since I’ve stayed in a hotel for fun so maybe I’m just a big baby but my boyfriend said the same thing..

No breakfast, no microwave, no coffee machine, no pantry…. If you are with family then avoid this hotel… it’s not safe for kids

I understand this is primarily a casino for adults but people do travel with children and other casino hotels I’ve been to have a couple of things to offer for children and this one had nothing. It’s in a beautiful spot on the river but no access to walk or overlook the river.
