Awesome time with family and kids had support

The hotel was chaotic the first evening kids running up and down hallways, in the room above us and at one point sounded like someone was using a hammer on something. Then across the hall there were adults fighting and screaming at each other. Tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I even got a text from hotel inquiring how my stay was the next day, after expressing what was going on the evening before, I never got a response back. No apologies, no how can we make things right absolutely no response from the team member. Terrible front desk service upon arrival too!!

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating for last minute booking to be close to family. Our room was nice and clean.

Family trip to Chicago for spring break. Hotel and room were clean, breakfast was standard, and kids enjoyed the pool. 5 minute drive to Rosemont station and then 45 minutes cta to downtown Chicago.

People... The staff was wonderful. I am a choice hotel diamond member but there was no hotel in the area that could fit my needs so I went with this hotel and I think I'm going to stay with this brand because choice has been going down rapidly. The beds were super comfy The pillows were out of this world but the staff made my stay wonderful. I have been dealing with health issues but I still wanted to bring my grandchildren to Chicago to see the museums and aquariums and we stayed at this hotel. the buffet people helped with my grandchildren in the morning and unfortunately one of my grandchildren left a bag of our swimsuits in the lobby before we left and the hotel called and let us know and held it for us until we could come return to get it back. The bag held a blanket that my 16-year-old grandson has had since he was a baby so it was so important to me to get it back. I think I'm going to jump ship with choice hotels because I've been so not happy with their customer service and start staying at the Hilton brand because of this wonderful experience that we had at this hotel. The whole place with very clean and sparkling The management team needs to give the whole staff a high five for jobs well done. And this is not coming lately if you read any of my other reviews I'm a very picky person to please.

We always choose holiday inn, my kids love this hotel and they don't want any other hotels. Thank you for the clean and family friendly service. Only the breakfast have no potato and waffle maker.

We only stayed one night, but our room was extremely quiet for being so close to the airport. Also, the bed was very comfortable and my back is very sensitive to a poor mattress. A downside to our stay was the shower had only lukewarm water which quickly turned to pure cold water. Another problem was that one of the bedside lights had no bulb so reading was challenging for my husband. The breakfast was complete with the delicious cinnamon rolls the brand is known for and was kept well stocked and clean. The egg dish was more of a roll with cheese sauce, and a few pieces of scrambled egg and diced bacon on top - a bit different and the turkey sausage was dry but there were many other choices. The room and property were fairly clean but are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. With discounts the room price was excellent and we would stay again if we needed to pickup family from the airport.

Great stay with family. I got 3 girls ranging from 7 month to 4.5 yrs old. We brought our own pack and play and used the sofa bed in the room. We all slept pretty well. Nice suite for family.

Good for family

We were there the Sunday after Thanksgiving flying out Monday morning. Apparently Holiday Inn was hosting some unexpected immigrants used as a political stunt. While I applaud Holiday Inn for hosting those people and welcoming them to America, it would have been peudent and respectful of the other guests if they had had some extra staff on site to take care of the extra burden. There was no one sanitizing anything, there were constantly kids riding up-and-down the elevator and running up-and-down the halls, Yelling like they were at a soccer game, excited to be in America. No one was wearing masks and It would be hard to believe that they had been tested for covid. Holiday and should have up their staffing to accommodate that influx and they did not.
