There were a ton of kids in the hotel the second night we stayed. They were in the hallways well past midnight playing hide and seek and other games running up and down the hallways. We were on the balcony overlooking the lobby and a large number of kids 20 camped out on the floor and in the chairs right outside our door. Nothing was ever done by staff to try to get them to quiet down. We had to be up early and there was not much sleep unfortunately. Other than that, the beds were great, and it was a very clean, nice hotel.

I booked the property because of the buffet breakfast. What I didn’t know is breakfast on the weekend didn’t start until 7a.m and we wanted to be on the road long before that. Good breakfasts are a must for us when traveling with children. Disappointed only for that reason. It was a non refundable booking or I would’ve cancelled it had I know .

Our stay at the Collinsville Drury Inn was terrific. Staff and all workers were exceptionally accomodating and friendly. Food was surprisingly good and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable beds. Our family will be back.

Drury Inn Collinsville is excellent. Clean, great staff and the evening snack and breakfast are always great. We stay here often on a cross country trip to see family.

Absolutely loved the stay at drury inn for our family vacation! All the staff was super nice and accommodating. The fact that they served breakfast AND dinner buffet saved my family of 4 at least $60 a day so we didn’t have to eat out for both meals! Highly recommend! I was overly pleased with our stay and will definitely be staying at drury inns only from now on.

Overall experience and stay was great! Staff was incredibly friendly. Food and beverages were great. Only thing was that elevator was not in service however staff made us aware before check in and made up for it at check in since we were on 4th floor. Hotel was kept clean and pool area was well kept as well. Would highly recommend for family to stay there.

Our family has never stayed at a Drury Inn before, but we will definitely stay again! We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and evening kickback. Such great value for your money. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service while we were there, but the property emailed us and made us aware of this ahead of time. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

We came here for a long weekend to do some sightseeing in St. Louis, staying here we were only 15 minutes from most attractions. The staff at this hotel was amazing! Aurora checked us in and gave us great tips for restaurants check out or things to see. Adeline was wonderful with taking care of us during breakfast times and making sure we had everything we need! So helpful since we were traveling with two young and very busy kids. Highly recommend this hotel!
