Check in desk staff are fabulous, restaurant is great. Rooms are very clean, my room had a patio with two chairs and table to enjoy the view. Pool is great, they put out giant jenga and connect 4 for the kids. View and location is great for our purposes.

Everyone is so nice and this hotel is amazing and the pool area is lovely with little fire place area to keep warm at night when it gets little windy. Just loving it. Also there is a karaoke place people singing my kids loved this place as well

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is sitting along the bay with easy access to the sandy beach. They had a light up pool that the kids loved. Now to the not so well, it’s not the hotel’s fault. But with the new construction going on next to the hotel they were doing work at like 1am and it was pretty annoying. I would say that’s the only down fall of the stay.

We booked this place at the last minute, as we were unable to reach our original reservations on the island due to the Maui wildfires. What stood out for us was the staff and their service. Despite the rush (a lot of people looking for last minute accommodations), the staff was very patient, courteous and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is next to a nice beach and also has a pool which was fun for kids. Being close to the Kahului airport, location is convenient with various nearby dining and shopping options. Towns like Kihei, Paia with some wonderful beaches as well as places like Maui Ocean center were less than 30 min drive.

Staff’s service is second to none. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. My wife had an accident at the resort we had stayed in and she was admitted for a week at the hospital. Nurses suggested staying at Maui Seaside Hospital and it did not disappoint me. I ended up staying as it’s closer to the hospital. They are very accommodating and they treated me like ohana (family). Special thanks to Ms. Mattie, the hotel manager. She has great personality and very professional in dealing with their guests.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so hospitable and showed genuine care for our stay. The restaurant (Tante's) offered delicious food. I will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
