Elevator not working initially room on 3rd floor/bed was broken in room/ child jumping on floor above at 12am

The property was OK, nothing fancy. The suite space was a little crammed, but OK for just sleeping. No housekeeping unless you stay for more that 5 days & the cleanliness was not great There was complementary breakfast, but only options you have is eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee and juice. I took the suite to have some basic cooking options for my kid. However, the stove has burnt marks all over and one of the knob is broken. The utensils are so burnt and dirty that I stayed away from touching them, so no cooking. There is a lot of scope to up the cleanliness.

The cleanliness and attractiveness stops at the lobby. Pros: Management is kind and smiles. They allowed our rowdy group of youth teens to hang out in the lobby playing games until 11pm. Cons: I found black mold within 2 minutes of entering our room. The whole room smelled damp and the pull out couch was especially wet with the moisture that's never left that room. We were told our two groups couldn't have rooms next to or across from each other. But when we asked for a new room (which we got, no questions asked) the room was directly across the hall from the mold room. So if you've got mold you can have rooms across from each other, otherwise, it's against policy. New room had a cracked outer window pane. This did not directly effect our room's environment, however, it led me to investigate the inside. A thick black (not mold) residue was stuck the inside of the window. There was also a mysterious collection of rust along the bottom of the window pane. There were several creases in the tiles in the shower that had pink bacteria overgrowth. I knew it was overgrowth because I clean my own personal shower often and have never had this show up. I took a washcloth from the rack and thought I'd have to scrub it off. Nope. It wipes right off without a single cleaning supply. The smell of bleach is strong in the halls, but evidently, all deep cleaning stops with spraying the halls with Clorox.
