Extended Stay America Premier Suites Atlanta Newnan

Room appeared clean, however when my little boy went to bed apparently there was some kind of wet stain in the bed mid way, when I told then up front they had to go have a look and then decided that it was our fault, wouldn't have been such a bad expiernce but felt like they were blaming us and just wanted a new room so I could clean whatever was now on my child off, he is 8 years old and has NEVER wetted the bed.

Checked into my room. Room did not have any windows shades or curtains. Only chains thrown over one of the beds that belonged to the window shades. I called down to see if the front desk would not my reservation that the room had damascene/missing items. The front desk person (female) did not seemed concerned and said it’s ok. I was not happy with that answer and came down to ask for another room. The staff said they were sold out and unwilling to move me. I asked if they could discount the room since I couldn’t even walk around the room without any privacy. The manager only said no and that I would need to leave and they would refund me. It was late so I asked to remain in the room. Room was dirty with hair on the sink, toilet, and shower. It had been cleaned but not well. I paid 131.00 for this room after taxes and fees. This property at most should be a 2 star 70.00 a night. Several families were loud all night ansd appeared to be living here.

The reviews for this hotel should be higher because our stay was wonderful. My family and I were in Newnan Georgia for a week and some days from Michigan and we were disappointed by the hotels we ended up in until we came across Extended Stay America in Newnan on 30 Cade CT (yes we were hotel hoping until we found the best one). We were very happy to find this hotel. We stayed for 5 days and it was a beautiful stay. The room we were in was extremely clean and it had a pleasant smell, unlike the other rooms (hotels) we were in prior to this one. The customer service was excellent whatever we needed they had it, pots and pans, silverware, laundry/wash area and more. We slept very well in the bed. The shower was excellent! Extended Stay America is definitely the way to go. If you want spacious and clean rooms, great accommodations and great customer service.
