Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center

Always stay at this great spot when visiting family in Marietta. Overlooks great golf course

Staff was very friendly. However children were running up and down the hallway and slamming doors at midnight for over 1 hour.

The Dining staff was lovely--no complaints there. The hotel staff and overall hospitality was poor. I stayed at this location for 6 nights so I had ample time to see and be seen by staffers. I inititated a greeting of "goodmorning" or hello everytime I saw someone. At several instances my eyes met with the staffer after walking off the elevator and they turned their heads away. THen I offered a greeting of "goodmorning". The cleanliness was poor. Linens/the outer cover, quilt was help up to the natural light and a horrid discoloring and coagulation of the interior contents were seen and fragmented throughout the cover. Underneath the sink had dust balls and obviously had not been cleaned in a while. The phone was absolutely disgusting and covered dust. I don't use hotel phones because I have my cell and I can just walk down to the front desk so I didn't get too crazy about that. However, this is still disgusting and no guest should be subjected to seeing that ESPECIALLY when you're paying money to stay somewhere. This stay was over the Christmas holiday which made it more of a time of engagement and hospitality in which this location failed! In addition, for such a grand outward exterior, the grounds lacked basic maintenance and general landscaping. Again, I must stress I stayed at this location with my family for SIX nights--a significant amount of time to assess a location.

We only had the pleasure to staying for one night, as we were in town for an event. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with a smile & made to feel like family. Our room was as expected from the photos. There is a lot to do at the hotel (games, inviting lobby, restaurant, bar, etc.), so there isn't much need to venture out if you don't want to. A plus, this was minutes away from our destination which is great for the Marietta/Atlanta area. We will definitely be returning each trip!

I liked the staff, but room location was near families that were so loud. Pub restaurant definitely needs better direction. Food was ok but presentation and description of items varied too much. I just had better expectations from Hilton.

A good spot for a family getaway, however, they forgot to clean our room and refill the soap the two nights we stayed.

staff was super nice. lobby was beautiful. my tub had hair in it so i was not able to take bath or shower feeling it was unclean. i did not bring my cleaning supplies. was only there one night. arrived late, left early. my daughter had her baby so quick trip. Did not bother asking for it to be cleaned being that it would have been more of an aggravation. wish offered firm pillows as well as feather. feather is too soft non supportive.

Everything was good and what my family needed.

Our family members stayed here but the wedding was at another place in Marietta. Well maintained hotel with beautiful views from the back entrance with rocking chairs. Glad they provided paid and non paying areas to park. WiFi fee is too high. You are paying for a nice room, include the WiFi or at least lower your price. Also no microwave is included in the room cost you pay extra for that too. The Pub lounge is a nice place to meet up with your group plus the foyer has sofa and chairs. Overall a nice hotel close to the downtown Marietta Square and plenty of places to eat nearby.
