Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs, GA

Loved everything about this say. Staff was amazing in every aspect. I had a child to get sick at 1am and staff came to the rescue with cleaning supplies, clean bedding and towels. We were able to check in early when other family memners staying at different hotels were not, simply amazing. I want to thank everyone; check in, housekeeping and breakfast staff for an amazing stay!!!

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and this is our second time having some real issues with our stay. This time though we had one staff member who was continuously rude to us when we had any interaction, they put us in the wrong room and wouldn’t correct it, and when I asked for an extra blanket I was told they were completely out even though they didn’t check it was just said. Really bummed because the overall place is nice, we really love playing pool in the evenings as a family.

Our family of four had an excellent stay at Tru by Hilton in Lithia Springs. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the indoor pool, which was a big hit with everyone and added a special touch to our family getaway. We found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The area around the hotel was also very convenient, offering easy parking and a safe environment. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

stayed two nights I called them 3 times to let them know about arrival time and they tried to charge me a no show fee. The breakfast was free and delicious but the African American lady who ran it both does was extremely rude. She hovered over you watching your every move and would get loud at you if you didn’t grab something how she wanted you to. She made guests and children scared to even attempt to go get anything. My two kids wanted to go swimming the pooo is not heated by the way. Our key wouldn’t work but had seen a birthday party reserved in the patio area so figured it was the pool to so we waited and went back later to check office staff said it’s not reserved and we could swim only the outside area was that these same people come and reserve outside on weekends and take over the entire area and over stay their welcome with trashing the area and disrespecting guests and staff but yet did nothing about it. So my two kids got in the water we were teaching them how to swim as I walked to lay our towels down on seats African American women from the reserved party came into the pool cursing saying she was gonna use that seat as we were the only ones in the pool area and they were outside. So she then got in the pool along with others and started aggressively swimming towards my daughter and talking about her which made my daughter scared. By far the most horrifying stay with harassment and rudeness from staff and guests.. do not stay here it’s ran by animals

The hotel is very nice and clean. I have stayed in Hilton tru and other hiltons a lot but that location at Lithia springs GA was the by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk people on the weekend were so bad I had my pregnant wife and two kids and tried to check early and they were so rude and not respectful at all. Clarence at the front cancel my reservation as I was explaining for him that I am honor Hilton member and VIP member at hotel.com and if possible to check in early. As I was not happy with service he suggested for my to call the police if not happy. It was really ridiculous to have such person in the front desk to receive guests who travel to enjoy their stay with family.. I truly never experienced such bad service as the one I did

The staff was extremely polite & accommodating. Hotel was clean & up to date. Overall, i was extremely satisfied & would recommended this hotel to you & your family.

The check in/check out process was at ease, all staff were helpful. The breakfast had a variety of items that satisfied my kids and in laws. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the person next door sneeze. Over all the experience was great and would stay again in the future!

We stayed here for our 4 day family trip to Six Flags and Stone Mountain. The hotel was very modern and looked like a new building. The staff was very friendly. The full breakfast was good with a lot of variety and buffet style. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The beds were average hotel style very firm. They have a nice area off to the side to walk your dog. The indoor pool was my only complaint. It was very heavy with chlorine and was not a refreshing swim. I'm sure they had probably treated it that day and we just had bad timing. Also, it is a small pool so if you are looking for a resort style, this is not. Overall very nice stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful location! My first time staying in a Hilton hotel and I was not disappointed! My family and I felt safe and secure and very comfortable.

Everything was very nice! Only issue was the connection with the TV as we were told there was an update done that knocked the TV’s offline. This was not ideal as we have small kids but we made it through.
