This was a short stay on a long road trip for us but it was excellent. John checked me in around 1:00am when I was very tired and he was very kind. He offered bottled water which was very much appreciated and told me the best place to park to enter the building and be closest to our room. The hotel was stylish and clean with updated decor and furnishings. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff at breakfast was kind and friendly. The breakfast was good and my bagel was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful by explaining the details thoroughly. Once we entered the room it was nice and clean. My children were impressed with the breakfast choices and enjoyed.

Normally I have very comfortable stays at Hilton/Hampton hotels. This last stay was the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. The tub was clogged and while showering not only did the water gather around our feet, but “stuff” from the drain came into the tub, it was DISGUSTING!!! The head house keeper tried to do what she thought would work but it didn’t. My family had no option but to go through this the entire weekend because there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. Not showering was not an option. We shower before bed and in the morning and each time was dreadful, just nasty! I was told the manager would contact me. I’m still waiting!

I stayed for one night with family when we were traveling through ATL. Pros: location is nice with many hotels and restaurants nearby; staff was excellent especially the crew running breakfast; the breakfast was fresh and tasty for a free meal; room was clean and bed comfortable. Cons: there are large flood lights shining in the parking lot for security but they are installed facing the hotel. So even though we have the curtains closed it was very bright in the room which kept our little one awake during the night. The hotel is also undergoing a remodel so the parking lot and main floor is a little cluttered.

This property is being renovated, so.promptly at 9am there is barrage of extremely loud noises going on. They're working on the top floor working their way down, but they make no mention of this until you call wondering why it sounds like they're right next door drilling their way into your room! They booked our room right below the work and we had to ask to be moved. Even on the first floor you can hear it. If you have small children, or aren't up for the noise, I suggest you book elsewhere.

Had a very nice long weekend stay. Went to a concert at Mable House Amphitheater, and it was a quick and easy drive. McDonald's and Cracker Barrel dining nearby. Morning Breakfast buffet had many options and was very neat and clean. Room was appointed with a microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable beds, but lousy pillows! But would definitely stay again. One added note- even though there were a lot of kids staying there, the walls and doors are thick so you don't hear them.

This was a spur of the moment trip. We came to see our grandkids and decided to stay the night. We always love staying at Hampton and this time was not different. This has to be the cleanest, most well maintained property I have seen. The decor and the landscaping was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the food at breakfast was amazing. We will certainly be back and look forward to it as well.
