Homewood Suites by Hilton Lawrenceville Duluth

The hotel was beautiful and the front seat staff were so very nice!!! The breakfast crew was not so nice the older lady serving started taking away the food/drinks that my kids were getting saying it is 9:30 breakfast is over. I understand it was over but her customer service was trashy, and she should have waited for my kids to be done or started cleaning on the other side of the buffet.

My family and I stayed here for a few days. Our suite was large and spacious for me, my wife and 6 kids. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. When we come back to ATL, I will be definitely staying here again.

Great stay! Just an overnighter to take break off the road. Wonderful accommodations for our large family. Service great and staff friendly!

Our stay was great for a nice retreat after my daughter's college graduation and spending time with the whole family before she started work. We stayed at the Homewood in Buckhead and although their features seem more modern, this location outshined them in cleanliness and comfort. A couple of things we noticed, the sink faucet was a little hard to turn on as someone must have overtightened it and the freezer was leaking into the refrigerator. But it didn't bother us since it wasn't leaking on the floor. We appreciated that we got an end of the hall shared unit since my little one was sick and crying all night. And we enjoyed the patio area except wanted to use the putting area but there were no balls to use. The staff is probably the most courteous I've ever encountered as they noticed me holding my little one and trying to get breakfast, one of the attendants serving breakfast filled my plate for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay and still definitely come back.

I checked in to a hotel due to my furnace going out at home. Considering it was Christmas Eve I decided to just check in to a hotel until my home was warm again. Upon checking in the lobby was quite chilly but it was fine since I was just there a few minutes. Entering my room I turned on the heat. Left to grab food (giving my room time to warm up) got back and it was still just lukewarm. Turned the heat up more and showered. After getting out the shower I was getting chilly within minutes. Got into bed thinking that I should give the heater more time. Nope. Woke up around 2ish and began turning the heat up to its max at this point. Still I’m only getting minimal heat. Left for sometime on Christmas but when I returned my room still was chilly. I went down to the front desk to speak to them about my issue. She immediately sent maintenance down. He messed with it for a while before I began to feel heat coming out. Yay (so I thought). It got warm so I turned the heat down to about 70. After a few family members had come and gone and it was time to wind down I turned the heat back up to 75. Cool air started coming out the vent. Now I’m like uggghhhh… returned to the front desk asking for maintenance to return but was told he was gone for the evening. Sat down in the lobby waiting on the lady to get back with me about what we could do. About 45 minutes later I returned to the desk and asked for corporates number. At this point I’m sitting in a cold lobby waiting for????

Spaciousness of the suites awsome staff definitely will recommend to family and friend and now i know where i wanna stay every time im in town
