Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, an IHG Hotel

Love it. The room was comfortable and big enough to accommodate my family

The manager lied and acting that she was looking into a complaint that was made by my mother and she never reached out to anyone!!! Unconcerned unfriendly and actually a dishonest women!!! My mom found crack in her room and that what it was a crack motel. Very disappointing my family and I were there for a funeral losing a immediate family member!! They wanted to give 50 percent off of one night out of five for the crack that was found. It’s not about the money but the principle of decency when their establishment is responsible for this being left the room. Either a staff member has a substance use disorder or a customer and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. It was found in the bathroom on the floor. For the Hilton Inn ING I’m sooo disappointed

the stay was average, rooms were ok for a great price. our Ac unit in end of may was not cold and at most a fan, as well hotel should advertise their pool is closed until memorial day weekend as the kids were highly disappointed as we were with it being closed in hot atlanta may weather. staff was friendly and was convenient to our lanier island and medieval times venues.

Great stay, fun times with family! Enjoyed our stay! Wonderful breakfast!

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. But the carpet needs replacing and the king suite (with sleeper sofa) was too small for a family of four.

The Funiture needed updating, Desk chair was a child size and flimsy. the sofa was dirty and very low, could not sit on it. Ice box was dirty someone had left Items in the freezer (Ice cream and 2 bags of frozen vegetables) glass marks on the nightstands and carpet look dirty and looked like it needed replacing. I am glad it was for one night. I wished I had of taken pictures.
