Everytime i visit my family in Douglas GA i stay at this hotel and everything always be great, But this time i will have to say that they drop the ball on my room 227, the bathroom had a whole in the wall, the wall had brown liquid stain on them, the bathroom and room was really dusty!!

Property is nice and quiet. The area is ok and lots of food choices within a mile from hotel. The only thing is workers staying at hotel were partying in parking lot and then brought their gathering into the common area downstairs. My young children felt a little uneasy. Other than that staff is great and room (quiet) was nice.

Great lodging experience while attending a family gathering. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests during check-in and giving assistance with making copies. Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold choices. All areas were impeccably clean. Left a cell phone behind and management secured it until it was mailed back to us! Really enjoyed our stay and location, will definitely recommend.
