Great breakfast options! Great for a family in a budget, that is very close to Downtown. Everyone was lovely, and helpful. The Tea and Coffee are a great touch when you come in. Overall, great stay!

I reserved my room a week before my trip. I clicked pay at arrival. The day I was supposed to arrive I received a call asking me to pay a reservation fee of 166. Being that I was on my way I did it. I get there and it didn't like what I saw. I called to see where my family was and realized I booked at the wrong place. 20min later I go up to the front desk and ask for a refund and was told no. I was told I needed to cancel 24hr before I arrived. I didn't pay 24 hours before I arrived. I paid 4 hours before I got there and should have been able to get a full refund. The guy at the front desk was rude.

Convenient and good price located only a couple of miles from downtown Dahlonega. This is an older hotel, but the room was extremely clean and everything worked. Breakfast was a good offering and the details the staff took to focus on cleanliness in the dining area were apparent. This seems like a property run by a family who cares about the guests.

Great staff and plenty of parking space, close to the university (main reason I picked this place for the early morning test), and close to the Dahlonega downtown. One of the hand towels was visibly soiled and stained but was hanging at the sink shamelessly. Big shout out point was a huge in-room jacuzzi. Very relaxing and wonderful before the big test next morning. Overall, I won’t stay here with my family, but it was perfect for my personal reason.

Came in town for a baseball tournament & honestly, expectations were not high, BUT we were pleasantly surprised. Our 4th floor room was perfectly clean, continental breakfast met our needs, and the kids loved the pool. Super close to everything. Would stay again!

Last minute family get away. We had a nice time, and ended our stay. Room, facility, and grounds were clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
