Our room was so comfortable. We got in very late or super early however you look at it, a little after 3 am, and the check in process was easy and the gentleman at the front desk helped me get into the rewards program so that we could get a late check out- all for free and it’s free for your pet. The valet wasn’t running that late- no problem. My husband conveniently parked in the parking garage right beside the hotel for cheaper than valet would have been. We had a pretty view of the city from the giant window. Only suggestion would be improving the air conditioning system to get it as cold as you want it all night in there. I guess it was on a timer to turn off. But 5 star rating from our family!

The service was excellent. It only took a day before staff treated you like family. The valet parking team was excellent. The bar service was awesome. The breakfeast was great. The chef can really burn (you must try the grits).

We were in town for a show at the symphony hall and it was an easy walk.. also very walkable to Midtown restaurants.. The onsite restaurant was great and so was the onsite bar. The hotel is very pet friendly and it was nice to bring our furbaby with us. Thanks for a great stay! we will be back!
