Property was easy to find and walkable to coffee shops. Valet parking was efficient. Breakfast had options for our gluten-free family member.

I loved everything about my stay here. From the location to the services. The room was very clean and staff felt like family. I’ve already recommended Hampton Inn & Suites Midtown to family and friends and will be returning myself very soon.

We reserved two rooms for us and our daughter’s family. This was a trip to the Georgia Aquarium and this hotel was only ten minutes away. The hotel was very clean and we’d stay there again. The only grip was the bartender in the lounge. He had zero personality and acted like he’d rather be somewhere else. We spent about $170 on drinks plus $15 in tips each night. The only time he commented on anything was when I didn’t give him a tip. If I came back, I’d buy a bottle of rum and have drinks in my room.

The elevators made a weird bouncing movement, all of them, whether you were going up or down. They did not feel stable. The pillows were amazing but the beds were hard as a rock. The people at the front desk were lovely, but the people working breakfast acted annoyed if you asked anything or just stared you down while you were trying to get the barely passable food on your plate. Bagels, no cream cheese. Fruit bowl, first come first serve and they didn’t refill it. No kids cereals. Coffee tasted old no matter time of day. Pretty sure they boil the breakfast meats and cook the eggs in a microwave. It was truly terrible. The parking garage back behind the hotel closes at a certain time and it was $20 a night to be inconvenienced.

I told them we had issues with the heat blowing cold air and the light in bathroom flickering off while in used. I was nice when made the complaint and told them to please wait until morning because my children were sick and in bed. They called my husband waking the kids and getting them all excited. They disrespected my wishes and sent someone up regardless.
Also they are overpriced. We were charged over $500 for two nights when online and other Hampton inn in the same city charged way less.
We do not recommend this place.
Ps we canceled the second night and stayed elsewhere

This was my second stay at this hotel, and like the first time, it was a great experience.
I like the modern design and how clean the hotel is. I didn’t take pictures but everything felt new and very clean.
Things to keep in mind: there are many restaurants nearby but, because the hotel is located midtown, you need transportation to go touristic places. Parking is only via valet for $40/night and the service was very good. You can tip the valet service online if you don’t carry cash.
My family and I took the train to go downtown and I wouldn’t recommend it. We returned to the hotel in Uber. Parking can be difficult but driving your own car or taking Uber seem a safer option.
Also, the hotel has a nice rooftop with a bar.
I would stay there again!

The hotel staff were great! The valet guys (I believe there names are Cam and Iree) who parked my car close to the entrance so I can check in and come back for my family's luggage, and the front desk guy (sorry I forgot his name), who allowed us to check in early. My family and I were driving the whole night, (no sleep!) and they accommodated us without a problem.

Quick couples weekend trip into ATL to see a football game and explore some of the city with family. Hotel is in a good safe location with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The hotel itself was fine. The room layout was not good or comfortable. The bed was perpendicular to the TV so you had to lay on your side to watch TV. (bad for neck) Shower head leaked non-stop, and shower door would not stay closed. Breakfast buffet was not that great, but view from 20th floor lobby and the outdoor space was really great. I would stay again, maybe see if they have room with a different floorplan.

Literally across the street from Arts Center Marta station, like I barely got wet from the rain, you could not ask for more from Atlanta public transit. It's also right off 75/85 so it was easy for people to pick me up going any direction. The room was SO NICE, it was a great space to relax after a hectic weekend of visiting family and friends. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.

The staff was professional and courteous. The location of the hotel is excellent. I did not like the fact that my TV did not work in my room. This is the first time I've had a problem of this nature. I thought parking was a little expensive. The toilets in the rooms are little shorter than you would expect given the number of baby boomers now staying in hotels. Tissue rack was also inconveniently located. This is my fifth stay and I will stay again. Overall the quality is good just a little pricey and a little lacking amenity wise(Slim pickings for breakfast). I would rate this staff as tiptop. Because of this I would stay again.
