The Hamilton Alpharetta, Curio Collection

Like the location. Is next to the downtown, which has great restaurants, bars, shops and a turf area and fountain where kids can play, etc. There is a park nearby. Had good breakfasts in the onsite breakfast/lunchroom. Staff was friendly and available. Room was nice size and good sized. Closet in room was very small, about a foot wide and the ironing board took up some of that room. Not good for a long stay. Poor design by someone. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The bathroom door swings into the bathroom, takes up valuable room and is easy to bump into. Hilton's "Clean whatever" program is fine (clean the room every other day), but they need to provide more towels and they need to provide more than ONE TOWEL BAR. There is wall space in the bathroom for at least one more towel bar. Towels need to be hung-up to dry. Sheets are not as soft as we prefer.
