Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice, classy place with a great vibe and no unnecessary pretension. We came with our infant and appreciated all the lovely help and welcome.

Per usual, Costa d'Este is an amazing resort with all the amenities. I was married here in 2015 and since have returned multiple times when I visit family in the area. Everyone is so professional and kind, the entire grounds is beautiful, and the rooms are luxurious. I was so relaxed and happy when I spent time in my hotel room, and also out on the beach. The food is amazing, my favorite part is ordering room service in the morning for breakfast and sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. The rooms are always immaculate, and my only regret is not staying longer. See you again soon Costa!

The rooms are small. The bathrooms were at the lobby and pool were filthy. Most at the pool bar had an attitude. Both of my kids got bacterial skin rash. Assuming from the pool.
