Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable! Loved the nice warm shower! The front desk and other employees were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and quick. One thing to know that they do charge a $50 deposit which was refunded quickly. Grandson enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. Would recommend for families and those that want a good place to stay.

Very clean rooms, bed was extremely comfortable! Our second night staying there, we were woken up out of our sleep at 130am being told there was a noise complaint and were asked to keep it down, I am 7 months pregnant and my husband and I are here visiting family. We informed the staff member that we were literally sleeping and they said no we werent because they walked past our room?? We complained to the front desk the next morning and the girl didnt seem to care she just said "yeah i heard about that" — excuse me? Breakfast was nothing really to be desired. Average hotel breakfast. The water pressure and how hot the water got in the shower was very nice. Overall we had an ok experience but are really unsatisfied with the staff and management.

The room was super clean and comfortable, the location was ideal based on our family in the area and there's an Outback Steakhouse right next door. Also, many other restaurants close by. We will stay here again.

This hotel is not family friendly and is definitely not friendly to children with autism. The moment my family arrived to our hotel room, the room smelled of urine, mold, mildew and death. There was blood on the bed and carpet. We asked Laurie at the front desk to switch rooms, she said "what do you expect from a motel"? and proceeded to spray some weird spray on the floors. There was a neighboring hotel room with extremely angry persons who were incredibly drunk and on drugs. Around 9PM a woman from the neighboring room started banging on the door loudly, threatening my family, and complaining about my autistic child. The man at the front desk did end up switching our rooms BUT we were moved to an even worse room. I am still waiting on my deposit to be released to me. I will never stay at this "hotel" with my family again.

This hotel is very nice. We had two rooms for our 6 grandchildren and ourselves and the management could not have been nicer. The first room we had smelled of smoke (even though it is a non smoking hotel) and the on duty manager, Lem, immediately found another room for us. He helped our grandchildren get WiFi on their devices and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, great stay, great staff. Breakfast included is minimal but good for what and where you are. Only complaint is the floors are framed and not a solid pour. The kids upstairs were so freaking loud running and jumping until after midnight. We were ready to call and complain and just after midnight these low rent parents must have passed out with their kids. Usually say thin walls but here thin floors. Will go back.

We loved our stay. Everyone was friendly and nice. Everything clean. Annoying kids in the pool so couldn't enjoy that but that was the bad parenting to blame. Food was good too! I smelt them cookies the second I walked in! Same kids ate them all up within minutes 😑 If we go back to Weeki Wachee Springs I'm definitely going back here. Check in was super easy and fast.

The hotel is constantly located to food, Weeki Wachee park and entertainment. Check in was fine however our keys had to be reset twice because they wouldn’t open either the outside door or our room doors. Not even after immediately checking in and again one our second night. Breakfast was okay. Only hot food first day was waffles but it was running out of mix and took awhile. Water was scalding the first night and then cold the second. Beds were fine but pillows weren’t that great and they have no blankets…only sheets or fitted sheets so if you are cold either turn the air way up or ask for extra sheets. Fridge and microwave in the room which was great. Walls are thin so we heard our neighbors talking and one family kept slamming their door so that was extremely loud.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and informative and most of all very willing to help out with any advice or need. My only gripe (if you could call it that) was with the actual size of the room. It was very small. Smaller than I expected. But then I realized that they weren't kidding when they named this place Microtel Inn. Lol. Aside from the tight quarters the hotel was very nice and it was a great value.
