Absolutely incredible stay here with my family! My husband and I including our baby twins stayed and the staff was so helpful! I felt right at home and will be staying in the future!

Air quality & smells are a big factor in a hotel stay for my family due to allergy and asthma conditions. Carpeting and air conditioning that produces moisture and mildew smells almost always causes asthma flare up for my kiddos, which is exactly what happened when we stayed. I booked 5 nights but left after the first night. I also needed to work from the hotel and there wasn’t a desk. The bed was lopsided and very hard/firm. I would have rather slept on an airbed. Bringing luggage in/out was also a bear, as the entrance only has stairs. A positive was the check in process, which was contactless.

Picked this location for its closeness to the beach and to Tampa area. I was not disappointed. I was able to easily hit the beach every morning and get back to the hotel for a shower prior to visiting family in Tampa area. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, parking access awesome.

The whole family loved the nostalgia. Rooms were extremely cleaned and maintained. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was 10 stars!

We usually choose the big hotels, but this was one of the coziest and most comfortable stays we have had anywhere in a very long time. Kathy, the General Manager was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and accommodating to me and my family as we had a very late check in. She made sure that we had all the information we needed to access the hotel and our room. Above and beyond service. We felt like we were home. Should receive 10 stars!!!

Such a nice and quaint place to stay. We were able to drive not too far to Treasure Island beach and drove up and down the coast. It was such a relaxing stay. Our room was just right for us and our 1 year old. Older room, but clean and tidy. We enjoyed it. If you're wondering whether the place is suitable for a small family with a toddler, we were happy with the place!

I stayed at the Crystal Bay Hotel twice with my family and we had such a great experience that I need to write the review! This hotel for sure has an Old Hollywood feel! Stars stayed in there before and you feel like one. Cassandra and Rachel from the reception desk are the nicest, most welcoming people ever and they should be recognized and get a raise! Buffet style breakfast was great and we were full for hours! Frank Sinatra music was a plus too. Ok one of most surprising things was the fact that we slept like babies and it never happened at the hotel! Seriously 10h every night?! Location is pretty good because it’s only few minute drive from a Treasure Island. We can’t wait to stay there next time!
