My stay was amazing the whole family enjoyed. The staff made the stay even better, we will be coming back for sure.

Quiet, easy going staff. Convenient for what my family needed.

Bed was comfortable. Liked the kitchenette. No water pressure in shower, terrible. They came to check on it but no change. Pool was overtaken by large family who were loud and fighting and made a huge mess of pool area. Left cups, toys, wrappers, empty bubble bottles, eyes lashes (4) on pool deck, 2 large sections of hair weave on pool deck and other sections of hair extensions in water and wadded up wet napkins that looked slimy on pool deck. I couldn’t even swim after that and reported to desk and they said they would clean but went out and only some things were cleaned up. Breakfast had quite a few choices but only b what bread which I don’t like and didn’t care for breakfast sandwiches. Last day they had breakfast bowls and fritata which were both good and wish they were available every day. The poor water pressure will keep me from staying again. Don’t feel clean after showering when water is just a dribble. We also thought it weird that there was shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. We had to go buy conditioner. Al at check in was nice. All the staff was nice. They gave us a goody bag with water and chips at check in which was nice. They can’t control who stays there I know but that huge group of unruly family members fighting in the pool and being loud ships have been told to get out and clean up the pool area. Not sure how this got a 9.6 rating. Also upset hotels.com dropped price but did not credit my acct. They hope you will buy early.

We enjoyed our stay , every one was friendly and kind , the breakfast was great with different variety of foods. David always made us laugh and very polite and the other workers greeted us and was always cleaning and refilling items. The were even cleaning the chairs and things out by the pool which i’ve never seen before . They said the pool was heated but we didn’t try it but seen all the kids enjoy it . The beds and pillows weren’t the greatest but could’ve been worse lol . The floors in the room had some staining but not terrible , we had a room with a kitchen in it and it was great to have that available.We defiantly recommend and will return again.

Everything about the property was excellent. Clean and well kept. Room was very nice and clean. Also was nice an cool when we entered. Staff was all courteous and helpful.Plenty of food options within a short walk or a quick drive.Will be staying here again when we return to visit family again.

This is our 3rd stay at this location while visiting beaches in the area. Staff is friendly. Very clean. Safe. Great location to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the breakfast and kids enjoyed the pool as well. Spacious rooms with lots of counter space. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you!

Very family friendly hotel. The staff makes you feel welcome and very professional. Housekeeping goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Buffet breakfast has an excellent variety of healthy foods. Overall, We enjoyed our stay so much, we requested an extra night despite the hotel being sold out, the manager moved mountains to help us during the busiest time of the year. Would come back to this exact same location.

The host Dave at check-in was excellent. He was very personable, we were greeted by his infectious smile. It's evident he loves what he does. He gave us great dining recommendations for the evening and gave us a lovely goody bag at check-in. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette would be perfect for a family or extended stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Florida.

Good accommodation for a short trip. We stayed there for two nights (2 adults & 2 kids). Breakfast is complementary but just basic continental breakfast. But the location is perfect to visit places like clearwater, Redington Beach, treasure island, etc.

The whole staffing day and night shift was outstanding. They made us feel like family. Breakfast was real breakfast not just muffins and toasted bread.
