We did Disney. We loved the bunk bed room for the kids.
The pools are great for kids.
Some areas could use a little TLC but overall it was clean, safe and enjoyable.

The hotel is beautifully decorated And the grounds are kept up with. Tons of walking is required if you want to visit the other pools,which are over crowded and the water is warm.
The room was spacious - there was a wet spot by the AC that never dried up, we could hear the people in the room behind us yelling and their kids playing and laughing all night, but not the hotels fault.
The staff is nice and we really enjoyed our stay - valet is quick even when their busy. Pedro and Jadon are the real MVPs

Was clean and nice hotel. Very pricey- add at least $75 on for parking and resort fee(not sure what you get for this) did not find the hotel very child friendly- says there is a splash pad but never found it as it wasn’t close to the hotel

We stayed 6 nights. And overall have some mixed reviews about the place. Staff was great but a few other things didn’t not meet our expectations.
Our Lake view as not as advertised it was on the third floor overlooking the pool and a sliver of the lake to the side. Very disappointed in that as it felt like when we opened the blinds people in the pool looked at us. This was a big disappointment based on what we expected when we booked. Third floor is a view of nothing but being peeping toms on the people in the pool. So we didn’t even open our blinds at all during our stay for this very reason. Super disappointing.
There is transportation to Disney BUT it is infrequent and times back are not always convenient. For example, Hollywood studios pick up is at 9:30 which you could never make if you stayed for Fantasmic show.
The day bus drive though is Awesome! Full of energy and kindness!!
The rooms are a bit dated - at least the one we stayed in. And for a Wyndham Grand level property we were disappointed in the quality of mattresses on the bunk beds for the kids. We got the room so the teenagers had their own space and the beds were not that comfy for them at all.
All the staff we encountered was great and helpful. We really enjoyed our meal at the sushi bar. And the morning staff at the coffee place were great.

The bunk room was the perfect setup for families but my husband couldn't stop sneezing while in the room (either pet dander or dust mites). My daughter had an allergic reaction to food there and the staff didnt offer anything to compensate even though her allergen shouldn't have been in the food

We loved the king room with the bunk bed alcove for the kids. It was very comfortable and convenient. Also, the free shuttle to the parks was great. The bus driver was fun and really nice. The checkin was easy. I would love to stay here again!
