Room size was amazing definitely one of the upgraded suites! Highly annoyed that we specified the age of our child when booking and still received a room on the 3rd floor!! :( Declined “presentation” and was still called next day asking to attend, and if “gift” was mentioned….declined offer again over the phone. They do not offer housekeeping during stay. And $200 deposit required upon check in on top of resort fees.

Overall the place was good met our family needs. The only downside is I didn’t get my$200 deposit back. At last they didn’t want to answer my emails with the request I needed for my bank.

I took my children,8 and 10, on a trip to this area alone. I felt safe the entire time. It was a wonderful time. Everyone was nice and helpful. The condo was a good size, perfect for the money I spent and close to entertainment. Honestly, I think we got a wonderful deal. We will be staying here in the future.

Pool was down for a day and a half and we were able to go to their sister property to swim with the kids but otherwise great property. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was perfect . The tv went out night before we check out but they came out and fix the problem with no hesitation. I love this place this me & my family 3 trip to Florida we choose the best place to stay very reasonable and wonderful view

I have stayed at Parkway International on several occasions and has always been problem free. The layout of the rooms accommodate my family of 5 and are spacious enough that everyone isn't on top of each other. Very friendly staff and truly a great value. Highly recommend

Old property, great value for the price; ideal for big families. Good location. No elevator. They will try to sell you a vacation package. Won’t stay there in the future but it was ok. It’s a fully operational apartment. Very dark no natural sunlight
