Liki Tiki Village

Even better than expected. Rooms were basically like a small apartment with everything you need right there. We were only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property was very secure and the amenities were great. Very kid friendly.

The accommodations at the Aqua Sol Orlando West was amazing. We were a family of seven that was comfortable for everyone. The amenities was great, especially for the kids. The area was quiet and yet five minutes away whatever you needed was available. We knew there was others staying above and to the side of us but you would never know it. The staff were all very pleasant. We look forward to our next visit.

It was great for families and good location for everything we needed

Great stay. Very spacious. Lots of activities right on the premises. 2 pools plus a kids water park, fishing, miniature golf, basket ball, bike riding, paddle boats. Bbqs, a fire pit for s’mores. A tiki bar, a robot ice cream machine. A gym, this location is only 20 minutes from all theme parks, close to grocery stores. Love this place . The friendly staff always keeping you updated and willing to help in anyway.

Our stay was great! We had a three bedroom, which actually gives you not only 3 bedrooms, but 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces and 2 balconies. We had 3 kids and 3 adults and there was tons of space. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The pool was great, the kids enjoyed the waterslides.

Hotel is currently under renovation, Hilton must have recently acquired this property because the rooms were not what you would expect from a Hilton. Our first room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. It was very dated, shower didn’t work well. After talking to a supervisor they moved us to a renovated room which was nice looking but had a terrible odor, and the cleaning service supervisor had just left the room and deemed it ok for guests, we went down to the front desk to see if there were any other rooms we were then taken to another renovated room which was much nicer and didn’t have the nasty odor present. The walls at this resort are paper thin, you can hear everyone’s conversations around you. We were told at check in that we would not receive any housecleaning and that we would need to call if we needed extra towels or toilet paper. When we came back to our room on Thursday someone from housekeeping had been in our room. When I called the front desk I was told we had a scheduled cleaning for Thursday, which we were not aware of. It was a circus of a stay, very stressful start to our vacation. I think in a couple of years once Hilton has completed their renovations this resort will be nice but until then I would not stay here. Was told they are training a lot of new staff, lack luster experience overall. Last family vacay for the year and 1st couple of days were not a vacay at all didn’t finish moving rooms til 1:00pm not how I planned to spend my day.

Check in was great. Plenty of parking. Front desk responded quickly with towel requests. We had a 3 bedroom that was unrenovated. It needs to be updated, but it was still comfortable, clean and we had a TON of space. My kids really enjoyed the pool and activities here. They do however need to update ALL the older rooms. I would stay here again though.

The room was beautiful and very clean. So much space for the entire family. My only negative is that check out is at 10am usually that’s at 11. When I requested a late check out they said “there isn’t any available” having gotten there at midnight after driving all day with a toddler and an infant it was definitely an inconvenience.

The hotel was wonderful with everything anyone might need. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The hotel ammenities and entertainment wa superve. They didnt have enough clean towels at the pool because their washing machines were broken so we had to walk back to our room wet. But the facilities were great. I had a hard time getting the kids out of the pools. In the rooms, some of the shower soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were missing in some bathrooms so they simply didnt have the items. However, I texted the hotel early saying the things were missing and between 30 minutes and 1 hour, the brought me the free supplies. I guess I could have opted out and it can either be a good thing or a bad thing... I constantlybreceiver text messages from the resort telling me some activity was starting, or the pool closed due to weather, or the pool reopened. I received about 5 or 6 texts every single day of my stay informing me of things. I found the texts too many but it was also useful to text them when I needed something instead of having to call. They answered almost immediately.

Loved having lifeguards at the kids splash area. Food at pool bar was delicious.
