I had a great time in Clermont and this hotel was perfect for my family.

Very clean and presentable also fresh water as soon you walk in and coffe is fresh also you get tired from your trip and the minute you walk in snacks and smell so fresh that feels like home. Also like the fact that are pet friendly but with caution the have specific area to acomódate your friendly family members that they can feels comfortable .

The rooms need a good cleaning. I have a toddler who found pills on ground from previous guest. After incident I searched floor and found a small jelly container and a few random things. It’s a great location. Nice people. But you have to clean rooms throughly. They try to cut corners with less frequent cleanings resulting probably in more work for staff and high expectation on quantity of rooms.

Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a King Suite with a bedroom and pull out in the separate living room for the kids. My only complaint was that the front desk was not allowing ANY late check outs, we were there for a swim meet and I needed a 2-hour extension (would have paid an extra fee if needed). Never been to a hotel where this was denied before. My older daughter was swimming in the morning and my younger daughter was swimming in the afternoon, it did not allow me enough time to pack up the room without missing my older child swim an event. Very unaccommodating for a mom traveling with 2 kids and spending $350 per night…. Also, Front Desk would not hold my pushcart in the back room, there were two suitcases already there and they said they were “full”. Told her I would be back in 15/20 minutes to pick up the cart, but she said no. Again, very unaccommodating for somebody spending $700 at a property for two nights.

This Hotel is super good, everything is very clean and the property is very nice, I always stay there when I visit my grandchildren in Clermont and the room with kitchen is very convenient, only the breakfast should be better quality

Great hotel for families. Convenient for EV travelers with 2 EV parking spaces but unfortunately one of them is shared with a disability car sign . Not great in that same. One night I was unable to charge because the space was taking by a disability car.

The free breakfast was good and the room was spacious with lots of countertops and cabinets for storage. However there were definitely some major issues with housekeeping. The carpet throughout the room was very, very sticky; I haven't been able to get the residue off our socks and shoes. We suspect they sprayed something to try to protect the carpets from pet accidents? Also the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and the microwave had a dirty dish and was pretty gross. The shower had sliding doors, but one door was fixed in place so that I had to stand right by the shower head while I helped my young children take showers.

Nice hotel overall. This was the second time I stayed here. My room stayed really warm during both stays… the air was turned all the way down to 60 degrees and it was nowhere near that. The entire 4th floor wreaked of marijuana, which also seeped into my room where I had two kids. We didn’t bother to request a room change or anything, because it would have been more of a hassle for us. It was a clean hotel, the room was well-kept, but the poor air conditioning on both trips, and then the weed stench… that makes me want to try another place next time around.

The staff was great. We had a large family representation at the hotel due to a funeral nearby and the staff was just excellent with us. We took over the lobby and everything and they went along with it all. Thank you to their staff for making our stay comfortable during a tough time.

This is a great hotel to stay at. It’s clean and rooms are very spacious. The in room kitchenette is very helpful if you have kids. The rooms don’t have stoves but the induction hot plays offered at front desk is a great option. I love that there are two restaurants within walking distance in the parking lot if you need food. The on-site free breakfast is a plus! Delicious options to choose from when you’re in a hurry. No negative complains about my stay. The only suggestion for the hotel is to bring back daily housekeeping. It does make a huge difference when your staying away from home to have that experience and also have that Hilton touch. I also want to add that this is the first hotel that doesn’t give you one ounce bottles of lotion to share between two adults for a week! The in room full size dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, soap and lotion made me happy!
