Everything was great but the front desk kid pounding on our door at 9:05 like there was a police raid, was unacceptable. He said he was checking to see if they could clean the room that early when we requested late check out.

They had construction on the roof. We were told they notified me. I was never notified about any renovations. The put us on the top floor right beneath the construction. The drills started going at 7 and woke my family up. Then the housekeeper didn’t give two seconds before she came into the room.
