Great one night stay for my family and I on Easter weekend. Busy but everything was still wonderful. Staff was very accommodating. We love this location and come often, never disappointed..

Great place for families

I paid extra for ocean view for 3 days. I was told there was nothing available on my arrival , but to check next morning. I reserved 5 weeks ahead of time. There was no toilet paper or any soap in the room. The lady working at night in front lobby was being rude… i tried to get a refund and was told i took the room like that already. This was me and my family favorite hotel. Not anymore

The room was nice, kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was great too

This is a great place to stay for couples or families! The area is safe and full of things to do in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, trendy, and clean. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel provided a clean, spacious, quiet place to relax after hectic travel and outings with the kids. A great family hotel. We would stay here again.

We arrived and check in was easy. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful even on that busy holiday weekend. We were all impressed by the lovely ocean view and spacious suite. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was our first stop and it was packed but the families there were all friendly and relaxed. Steps to the beach, the fishing pier, and plenty of nice places to eat. The breakfast buffet was no big deal, crowded and not appealing to a light breakfast eater like myself. If you're willing to wait in line and make your own waffles, then it's great. All in all a nice experience, will come back. Good vibes in Pompano Beach, would recommend this hotel.

The Good: parking is very good, the location is excellent, their breakfast has several vegetarian choices which is very nice. I especially liked that they offered unsweetened almond milk. The Bad: while the lobby smells great, the rooms and the hallway smell bad. The floors in the rooms are not very clean. The cleaning in general, at this hotel is done very superficially.If you walk barefoot you will see.. The sheets on the bed are clean but they look very wrinkly. Let’s just say it doesn’t look like a Hilton should. At the breakfast buffet, there is no sign that says that children should be accompanied by an adult to take food. So, as result, sometimes I saw children going there by themselves coughing on food and climbing up the counter to get what the want. The ladies at the buffet are very busy refilling the foods and cleaning the tables, so they can’t watch other people’s children. It’s not their fault at all. However, the hotel management needs to do something about this; not only for their customers sake, but also for their own good. If one of the children falls offf from the counter, guess who the parents are going to blame.

Booked last minute and really enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Amenities were perfect- roof top bar, pool, fitness center, etc. Our kids enjoyed breakfast and the old school video games near the lobby. Proximity to newly refurbished beach area with playground and pier is second to none. Well done!

The perfect place to stay with a family. Close to the beach with great restaurants just a few minutes away. Guests can also borrow bikes and beach toys. The pool was clean and the hotel roof bar is a nice addition.
