Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Lauderdale N - Exec Airport, an IHG Hotel

I stayed for 5 nights and 4.5 days here. My family loved it! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room was very comfortable. We hope to get to stay here again the next time we are down visiting family!

We traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a family event and booked our stay online. Upon arriving we realized we didn't get the room we thought we booked. The front desk staff, Romao and Akeem, were so accommodating and extremely helpful. They quickly took care of the situation. Great customer service and professionalism. Bravo !!

I really loved the staff. They created a family like atmosphere. Not 1 or 2 people. Everyone. There was construction, but done during reasonable hours.

Overpriced hotel currently under sorely-needed renovations. The shower head was at level for a child. Standing at only 5’5” I had to duck to use it. The toilet took 3 flushes to clear the bowl. The window only had sheers so there was no way not to be woken up with the sun.

I stayed a few weeks ago and after being out all day I came and met my room not clean, when I asked at the front desk they said that you have to let them know if you want your room clean. They did not say this at the time of check in and there are no signs posted anywhere. That was terrible. I stayed on the 9th-11th September 2022 and when I was going out I ask the manager to have my room clean , she asked when I checked in and I told her , she said that they don’t clean the rooms every day and I told her about my previous trip. She said they don’t clean the room every day and they short staff. I went and had breakfast and as I was leaving she said they would makeup the room but wouldn’t change the sheets I told her our room number 310 said thank you and left. On returning home around 11:00pm that night I met my room unclean and the front desk clerk said she didn’t know what happened. Now this is the really hurtful part , the next morning I spoke with the manager who was very rude and said it was a mistake, and she acted like it was no big deal . This was very frustrating because this is the only hotel I stay in when I travel to Fort Lauderdale and here is the manager of the hotel treating me this way oh she made a mistake so what . My wife was very upset twice back to back . I strongly advise anyone before staying here to call and find out what’s going on so them and their family don’t have the problem and treated with the lack of respect that I received.
