Our room was smaller than the room we had last time, and we picked the same option of room- junior suite with king bed. Cabinet doors were hanging off the hinge, head board on bed was broken, nothing was fully restocked. There was 5 Kleenex in the whole box, no extra. The service was super rude at night the first night we stayed. The channels on the TV didn’t work and wanted us to pay. The floor was sinking in at one spot of the room. We’ve stayed here numerous times. This was by far the worst time.

Staff was friendly and nice clean property. Breakfast would be nice if it were offered for gues at a lesser rate. Esp children under 12. Parking was crowded with restaurant guests and a gathering held at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, but for one night. For much of the night the guests above our room #229 were extremely noisy like jumping off the bed or throwing luggage around. After an hour or so i finally needed to call the office. It was after midnight and we needed to sleep. The noise continued for another half hour and resumed the following morning. We like the hotel and we will be back in the Spring. We have family nearby the hotel.

The first room that we checked into the TV did not work notified the front desk they told us that they have been having problems with that particular TV and there wasn’t anybody there that could do anything about it so they upgraded us to a junior suite we get into that room. The blonde on the window is broken a plastic piece that keeps the water from coming out of the shower was broken and then we find out later on in the evening that the television in the front area of the room is also broken, we called downstairs about the TV. They tell us that they’re having trouble with the satellite provider and someone supposed to be out to fix it next week and we’re really sorry the staff was extremely friendly.

The over all was ok. Not kid friendly. Way over priced for a Continental breakfast that most places dont charge for. Rooms are designed for business stays rather than for casual stays.

Loved the hotel very friendly and helpful staff. The showers and the pressure of them could use some work but overall, it was a great stay for my family.

The room was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. 4 stars since kids are out of their control. The issue was kids were running all over the place. At check in kids were running through the cafe shop and lobby. Then while we were resting in the room after a drive, kids were knocking on our door and running away. These kids were from a baseball game or tournament and everywhere. We tried the hot tub and pool. The pool was very cold not heated as described. The kids there tossing a football from the hot tub to outside the pool then diving in splashing everywhere. They wouldn’t budge to give us some space they stood diagonal outside the pool. There was an adult watching then left but she didn’t seem to care. More kids arrived then a hotel worker came in thought maybe he would say something since rules say no diving. But nope. There were kids running in and out of the elevators. These parents couldn’t care less. I wish the hotel would ask these parents the kids could not run through the hotel as they did. Or even quit the horseplay at the pool. It’s a nice hotel And nice location but hope you don’t plan on using the pool if there is a kid group. The restaurant attached was not worth it. The food was par. My food was not cooked to liking. Asked for a correction. The waitress seemed overwhelmed. The desert on the menu was not available. My family was not impressed by their meal either and we like to splurge on good food, just not worth it.

The Hotel was packed with parties. I got a call that it was loud and someone was jumping. However, my child fell off the bed and there was no jumping or loudness. I did hear steps in the hallway.

Check in was ok, not the greatest. I traveled with my family and my only concern even in the room was that my 14 month old toddler was able to open and close the bathroom sliding door, there was no way of locking it which was annoying because I had to be standing next to the restroom door so he won’t get in there and get in the toilet. Not recommend it if you have a little one. They should have the option to lock it if necessary. I’ve stayed at others with a sliding door but this door was light enough for my 1 year old to open as he pleased.
