Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Thornton

I was charged $50 to check-in early even though my room was ready. Are you kidding me?

I was double charge for my room which caused me to go negative in my account. Then charged the 100 hold fee which made me even more negative. After that I asked for a water she told me it was $4 but you just made me go negative 300 so now I have no money for good and had a d no one cared. My breakfast didn’t include my kids even though they were on the room

The staff were amazing! The bed was very comfortable, but the room was lacking. The door to the bathroom would swell and the toilet was child size. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day. There were a group of homeless people hanging out, outside the hotel, who set up camp underneath the trees; not a nice site to see.

Location was right off highway and down the road from MANY different shops and places to eat, which was perfect for my family. Christian at the front desk was amazing in helping with anything we needed and making sure we were taken care of our whole stay. In fact, the Staff was all very friendly. My son loved the pool which was open late, til 11pm. My only complaint is that in 3 nights, house keeping didn’t come to our room a single time. So our room got very messy because we had small children and a baby. I feel like they should have came ATLEAST once during our stay to at least empty the small trash can and stuff. Also, it wasn’t like super clean to begin with. I mean, beds were clean and floors were clean, I wasn’t grossed out or anything. But if ya looked on the window seal and in the bathroom, you can tell they didn’t wipe EVERYTHING down. Otherwise, it was awesome! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, with the suggestion of them calling for house keeping in the morning to come that day if they want it. 👍👍
