Fairly disappointing. Rooms were too small, bathroom tub was broken and leaked. No ability to take bath, as stopper was missing. Pool had WAY too much chlorine - kids swam and were crying at the end with skin irritation and very red eyes. Staff could kinda care less.

The stay was fine overall. But for a resort meant for families to stay multiple days, that there wasn't even a microwave or cups or really anything other than a really small coffee maker doesn't make sense. The overall feel of the property was just kind of stingy and barebones for what you get. I think Hyatt misnamed it with the words "A Destination"
