We/ my family and I enjoyed our stay. Problems..... The shower in our room would not stay hot, it went from hot to ice cold to warm, repeat! We were there for 3 nights and it never was fixed. The pool was nice and warm and the food was good.

We stayed in a suite from Friday to Monday. The room did not get cleaned on Saturday. I called to the the front desk know and that we needed towels and they said they’d take care of it. We left and came back at 8pm to a room not cleaned and no towels. I called again and had to go down to the front desk to get towels and ask them to clean our room on Sunday. They did not clean on any of the days. And the air conditioner did not work. We will stay there again only because of the proximity to our family’s house in Loveland.

My family's experience with LaQuinta has always been good. This property doesn't disappoint and is in a beautiful area of Colorado.

Have stayed here multiple times. Very convenient to family. One problem this trip - room heater was not working properly… not good in 20 degree weather. Manager was very apologetic; said to be sure to mention it to Expedia so they could “make it right “.

This hotel was recently refurbished, and looked very nice and clean - much better in that regard than previous La Quinta hotels I stayed at. Check-in was a good experience and the person there (Jason) was super helpful. Other staff members throughout our stay were equally nice and pleasant. The 3-star ranking comes from a couple issues: - although it's well refurbished, noise travels freely between rooms. The baby next door woke up early both nights (5am) and it felt like he was crying in our room. No sleeping in for us - Pillows were nice, but much too thick. They might be ok for some people, just not for me. I like a flatter pillow and woke up with sore neck both nights. - Breakfast could really be better. Would love a stronger coffee option (only medium roast available), and food ran out. We didnt eat very late and some of the options weren't available anymore. Hotel even ran out of forks and cups! All in all, a good stay in a nice hotel but there are some easy points of improvement.

First the pros: the staff were friendly and the property is clean and well kept. Conveniently located on the edge of town along the highway to RMNP is also a big plus if that's your reason for staying. The cons: The beds aren't the worst I've encountered at a hotel but made the prospect of a good night's rest a gamble at best. The air conditioner was remarkably noisy (albeit effective), one light switch was connected to electrical outlets so not ideal for phone/computer chargers, the ice machine(s) were down for multiple days of our stay as well. The hot tub was also down for our entire 6 night stay however they have somewhat offset that issue by turning the pool into what is likely the largest hot tub in the United States (if not the world) in all seriousness it was the warmest pool I've encountered in my short 44 years but the kiddos thoroughly enjoyed it so perhaps this should be in the pros column. The breakfast is fair all things considered for complimentary but I'd be hard pressed to call it good compared to others. Summation: All in all I'd definitely consider staying again considering the reasonable pricing, and the opportunity to bathe in their gigantic jacuzzi!

The night my family stayed here there was a problem with the computer system. They couldn't even make room keys. My wife, two small children, and I hung out in the lobby for more than two hours, being told every thirty minutes that everything would be up and running in no more than thirty minutes. When we finally decided to give up--we needed to get our small children in bed--we were told they could not cancel the reservation because, obviously, the systems were down. I have contacted Travelocity, LaQuinta corporate, and this particular establishment on numerous occasions, but all to no avail. I was charged for a room that I did occupy, for a reason that was not my fault, and they have made no attempt to contact me or to resolve the issue. If this is indicative of the way Travelocity, LaQuinta, and LaQuinta in Loveland, Colorado, do business, I would avoid. You will be taken advantage of and defrauded.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our fur babies were greeted with hugs and lots of petting. They loved it. A very nice experience.

Staff-evening lady at front desk very nice. Day front desk people not very friendly, also brought her kid to work, he was running around everywhere. Breakfast it’s ok. Sleep- bed was comfortable, there was some dogs barking in the hotel early in the morning.
