My family drove over 6 hours with two young kids to get to Denver. They were looking forward to relaxing in a nice room. HOWEVER, when they went to check in they were told that the Element was overbooked and would not honor the reservation. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!!!! An email was sent to us at 6pm telling us that they wouldn't have a room.....just about the same time my family arrived to check in!!!!!!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I had to spend over an hour on the phone to find somewhere else for them to stay. Again, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Nice Location was the only thing nice. Breakfast was gross on Saturday. Eggs no flavor, sponges, sauage was not good. Arrived Friday evening to a woman of the night at the front door in small shorts and only thing covering her breasts was a pair of suspenders. Our children were shocked. Front desk girl was arguing with an upset customer and she kept rolling her eyes instead of creating a solution. Had to wait 30 min to check in. Room was not up to standards. Phone was broken, appliances had dints all over. Worst of all, hot water on the 3rd floor does not come to the shower for at least 20 min. Was hard for everyone to get a shower.

When we arrived we settled into our room on the 4th floor. We had unpacked everything and the room was really nice. My kids of course wanted to go swimming and so we went downstairs to the pool. It was really small. The max # of swimmers allowed is 12 and there were 12 people in the pool already. It made the pool look even smaller. Needless to say the kids were not happy. My daughter went to take a shower in our room and the water was ice cold. It never did get warm. I called the main desk and we had to move rooms as there was no one available to fix the issue. The front desk mentioned they had replaced all of the boilers in the hotel and that could be the problem. I wondered why the room wasn't checked for hot water prior to putting someone in it? We had to pack everything back up and move to another room. The room was fine and we had decent hot water. We didn't love the continental breakfast. There were no meats such as sausage or bacon which would have been nice since we don't eat many carbohydrates. The parking in the front of the hotel was not great either.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was clean and very nice. The layout of the room is nice and very functional. The small kitchen was wonderful to have. On the down side, the walls to the rooms are very thin, walking down the main hall you can hear other guests in their rooms. The bathroom fan does not turn off and you hear the blowing of that fan day and night. The heater is slow to warm up the room then gets very hot. If you turn it down it blows cold air until it reaches the new temp. The pool is very small and there is no hot tub at all! As a family we won't be staying here again, would consider for business trips.

This place is amazing! Great price, great location. The staff is the best! The complimentary breakfast included custom made French toast and a variety of other great choices. This is my favorite hotel in Englewood. The indoor pool is smaller but the kids still enjoyed themselves. We had a double queen suite, it was a huge room and it had everything (full kitchen). The shower is worth the price of the room - huge space, rain shower head plus wand shower head and the bathroom is spacious! FIVE STARS!

Our stay at the Element was fair. Our rooms (with 2 queens) we reserved were not available upon check-in. We were “upgraded” to a room with a king and sofa pull-out. Our family also had to be moved from a room because it had a dirty bandaid and dirty wash cloth on the counter upon entering their room. We settled into our room and noticed urine stains down the front of our toilet. I’m sure this hotel was nice when it first opened. You can tell it’s going to go down hill if they don’t start cleaning better. The location is close to the mall, restaurants, and a movie theater. The breakfast is also a plus.
