The hotel was fine for my family’s purpose of spending one night and then going to DIA. I’m not sure who it was but my guess is the gentleman was the manager and he was a bit off putting. In general though, the hotel was fine.

Beds were good. Pillows were great. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Hot tub jets were weak and the pool itself was cold. My kids would swim for 5 minutes and then get in the hot tub to warm up. Hotel was quiet and we felt safe. Never heard others in the hall.

Overnight stay with family. Clean, safe property. 5 minute car ride to Old Town Fort Collins. Would recommend.

Afternoon and overnight front desk people were friendly and helpful. The morning person was not. We were in the hot tub and asked if we had used bubbles. We said the bubbles were from the hot tub but she acted as if we lied to her. Hair balls in one bed. Empty cup with old soda on window ledge. Not enough towels for our family of 4.

It was nice for the price! Easy to find, friendly staff and a pool that was actually open!! Only bad part is I got a bed with a significant sag in the center and sharing it with two kids wasn't the most comfortable.

My family lives to stay at hotels with a pool and hot tub. I was glad that they had a working hot tub. The last few hotels I've been to either didn't have a hot tub at all or no longer do.

We stayed one night while visiting family who live in town. It was perfect for us and our two small dogs. The price was very reasonable and the extra charge for the dogs felt fair and less than most places.

This is always the hotel we try to stay at when we are in Ft. Collins, visiting family. They are friendly, the rooms are immaculate, they smell clean, the bathrooms are really clean, everything is great.
