I was very glad to have chosen this location for my trip that was not vacation but for sudden medical needs. I was overall very comfortable, large room with 2 beds, good soundproofing, large TV with good sound, I could open the window which was a plus. The staff seemed to be competent, I did not interact much except at the registration desk.The breakfast was typical, it looked good for families traveling with children. The pool looked very good. The inn accepts pets, the fees are per pet, per night which could amount to a lot for someone staying longer as I was. There was no flexibility for reducing the fees, though I am a Choice rewards member and I thought that was a bit tough. The location is perfect right off I 70. Nice clean green areas around and stores within walking distance. Safe parking.

The staff makes this property, check in was busy but they were steady and gracious, the guys working the pool were nice to give our family extra time in hot tub since we checked in so late, property is older but maintained - excellent location in town and access to ski area - food at breakfast and the soup/cookies were good - thanks

Our kids loved the breakfast— lots of options including make your own waffles. Relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. Don’t look too closely at the bathroom walls/tiles. Very convenient for restaurants in Avon and quick to get to Beaver Creek. Will stay again.

Room is very spacious. Free parking and a $15 pet fee made this the perfect place for our family which includes children and pets

We went to a ski trip with family and friends. The best was the price. Breakfast was ok Location is pretty good, the bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. Easy way to the slopes. The Hotel is very old and not so good condition, cleaning just ok and beds were not comfortable.

I checked in and was made to sign a non-smoking clause. However, my 1st room smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room had a nearby crying baby for hours. My toilet stopped flushing after the 3rd flush. The sink faucet was dripping on & off and making funny noises. Very cheap plumbing.

Super friendly and helpful staff!! Great location. Property needs to be renovated. Traveled with kids and dog. Would stay again.
